Kelvin Moore is breathing new life into pre-loved and well worn barber chairs, he?s a seasoned barber and barbershop owner that always loved his Belmont and learned to keep it in tip-top condition. Soon other barbers asked him to keep theirs in great condition too and so Retro Belmonts in Cheshire was born. Kelvin refurbishes and restores chairs for retail from his showroom or offers it as a service to shops UK wide. An average cost of refurbishment is around ?700. Kelvin says ?There are so many ways to customise a chair I?m even working on wooden inserts in the arms to give an added dimension. It?s only limited to imagination and budget.?
