On Monday 16 October, the winners of SNAP! 2023 – a brand new online competition brought to you by Hairdressers Journal and Salon International – were announced live at ExCeL London.
SNAP! was created to give all hair professionals of any skill level, anywhere in the world, the opportunity to showcase their talent through one picture. The rules? The image had to be shot on a phone with a plain background and entries were strictly #nofilter and no editing.

What’s the SNAP! prize?
The winners of SNAP! 2023 will be featured in Hairdressers Journal International, have the opportunity to be a Spotlight Artist at Salon International 2024 and receive a complimentary ticket to the British Hairdressing Awards 2023, to celebrate at the biggest night in British hairdressing.
