Tom Baxter is keeping his chair open for 24 hours this weekend, in aid of the Tiny Lives Trust. Tom’s 24 hour ‘Baxter Barberthon‘ will run from 8am Sunday 29th April to Monday 30th April at Tom Baxter Hair Salon in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Osmo are partnering the event, providing products and supporting the event via social media. Anyone can book a slot by contacting Naomi Elli at info@mneventsandoccasions.com. Tom chose the charity after his Godson Jacob Elliott, now aged 2, suffered a rare heart defect in utero and spent time on the special care baby unit at Newcastle’s RVI. Feeling humbled? Kieron Price is also planning his own “Hairathon” for 36 hours from 8am Saturday May 12th until 8pm Sunday May 13th, for the Little Princess Trust, a charity that provides real hair wigs, free of charge to children and young adults that have lost their own hair through cancer treatment and other illnesses. The event will be streamed live in Kieron’s YouTube channel. Kieron is also welcoming any support on his Just Giving page.
