– There are some great teams out there who all deserve recognition, so you’ll really need to impress the panel to carry off this award.
– Think beyond the day-to-day teamwork involved in running an efficient barbershop and provide real evidence of how your team has gone above and beyond.
– We want to see photographs of your team involved in community projects, evidence of how your people have come up with new initiatives that have kept clients clamouring for their services, and we need to be showered with success stories involving your team operating as a united force.
