Subsidised Coach Hire
We know it can be expensive bringing students to the show so we're offering colleges subsidised coach hire. We'll pay for up to 50% of the cost of your coach hire (maximum £300) so getting your students to the show has never been more cost-effective.

Coach booking confirmation, cost and invoice for reimbursement must be submitted in advance to qualify. Invoices for reimbursement should be for a maximum of £300 (or 50% of the cost of your coach hire where the hire is less than £600). Invoices should be made out to M Squared Media, Allington House, 25 High Street Wimbledon, London SW19 5DX. Lecturers and students of the college must registered for their entry badges to the show before coach hire reimbursement can be claimed. Reimbursement will be made after Barber Connect 2025 has taken place and not before the college has paid for the coach hire in full. Coach hire should be paid for in full before Friday 16th May otherwise reimbursement will be forfeited.
