Compulsory Forms

Risk Assessment
Due ASAP. Compulsory for all exhibitors; it must cover the open period as well as build and breakdown. This form now also contains the Health & Safety Declaration.

Site Induction
Due ASAP. It is a legal requirement that you read and circulate this before coming on-site. It contains key health and safety information for the Venue, but is also your key to accessing the halls - you will be given a wristband on-site provided you have read the Site Induction.

Stand Plans
Due ASAP. Compulsory for Space-only exhibitors. Complex stands will incur a Certification Fee - refer the Technical Manual for more.

Waste Management Statement
In the interests of sustainability we now require all exhibitors and contractors to submit a waste management statement outling how they will strive to reduce waste onsite and who will be responsible for these practices onsite.
