There’s no ‘I’ in team, and there’s also no ‘I in barbershop. From managers to master barbers, apprentices and everyone in between, a barbershop is only as strong as its team. The ‘Team’ category at the Modern Barber Awards sheds light on this, recognising and celebrating those barber families that prioritise harmonious, cooperative working relationships.

Cresswell Barber Co. has dominated the Team category the past couple of years, securing back-to-back titles in 2022 and 2023. - There are so many well-deserving teams in the industry, so if you’re really passionate about giving your team the best shot at winning, dedicate some time to your entry form.
- Words are good, but evidence is great. Back up your entry with photos, statistics and more.
- Don’t be shy – this is your time to show off your team. We want to be blown away with all of your successes, so don’t leave anything out.
- While we’d love to hear about how your barbershop team gets involved in the business, we also want to find out about any extra work you’ve done – maybe you supported a community project, or helped with fundraising efforts for a charity.
- Keep your answers clear and concise.
