Leading barbershop and men’s grooming salon Manifesto has joined the Haircuts 4 Homeless (H4H) Ambassador Programme – a new way for hair salons, barbers and spas throughout the UK to support the charity. Participating salons will be asked to add £1 to the charge for selected H4H services, which will then go towards a haircut or service for a person in need.

Founder of H4H Stewart Roberts says: “One of people’s basic rights is for them to feel good about themselves and H4H has always been about helping people to achieve that. The hairdressing industry is known for its generosity and willingness to help people and now there is another way to get behind this great cause and empower more homeless people to reclaim the self-worth and dignity they deserve.”

Stewart adds: “Whether it’s a little or lot, the ongoing support, including from the new Ambassador Programme, all counts towards the ‘capital’ of H4H which enables us to deliver, grow & develop this service for the homeless.”

Manifesto co-founder Mikey Pearson (pictured with Dylan Christie) comments: “Manifesto have long been supporters of this charity – and are delighted to be one of the first to adopt their ambassadorial programme.”
