Who Can Enter?
You must have been a manager for at least two full years to qualify for this category.
How to Enter
Tell us about your strengths and skills as a manager, share how you’ve had an impact on the success of the business and list the ways you stay involved in the industry, whether that be taking part in shows, seminars and competitions, industry bodies you are a member of, or any other activities that show your ongoing commitment to professional and creative growth. “Provide anecdotal and numerical evidence. Lots of examples and evidence please!” advises Lizzi Brady, Head of Awards Management at the Professional Beauty Group.
