As Head of Education, Oliver has most recently been nominated for Men's Specialist of the Year at Creative HEAD Most Wanted, Best Training at the Modern Barber Awards and won Men’s Specialist Salon of the Year at the Hair Awards 2023. Cal Newsome, owner of Bull & Co Barber Club (located in Shropshire, England) started his career in the men’s hair industry at the age of 24, specialising in modern and classic street styles alongside fashion and male image editorial style work. He has had success across a range of National competitions including Finalist in GBBB barber of the year 2018, Finalist in Best Photographic entry at The Modern Barber Awards, 2nd place in Wahl British Barber of The Year and most recently became the winner of the NHBF top 100 influencers. Proud Northerner Naomi started cutting hair at the age of fourteen and, after many years at high end salons, she decided to head south and move into barbering. Her unique skillset and work ethic saw her promoted to Manager, and more recently, senior barber at Ruffians. Naomi’s large client list and her 2024 debut at Wahl, Barber of the Year, backs up our opinion that she is one of central London’s finest hair professionals.

I’ve been surrounded by the industry my whole life, inspired by my mum’s self-taught skill and natural talent for hairdressing. But it wasn’t until my own first transformation cut that I truly discovered my passion for hair. Since then, barbering has become my creative outlet, whether it’s crafting mid-length creative cuts and transformations or perfecting the details in my fades. I trained in Exeter, but I made the move to London to push myself, expand my skills, and grow within the barbering industry.
