OS Lifestyle Brighton Donates Haircuts to Allsorts Youth Project for Brighton Pride

The team at O/S Barbers Brighton are donating two full days of charity haircuts across Brighton & Hove Pride on Friday, August 5 and Saturday, August 6.

All proceeds donated on the day will go to the Allsorts Youth Project, who are building a safe space for youth in the LGBTQI+ community in Brighton & Hove and the wider East Sussex area. George Oakley and Joe Steven, founders of OS Lifestyle, said, “We passionately believe in building a safe space for young adults in the LGBTQ+ community.”

Guest Barber, Simon Butcher, will also be in the shop on Saturday 6th August to support the event, “As a queer person in the barbering industry there are very few opportunities to do something that’s going to directly benefit the community that I’m part of, so I feel really lucky. George and Joe are two non-queer people who have done this every year for the shop, and they’re running it over two days because Pride hasn’t run for two years so hats off to them. I feel really lucky to be asked and be part of it!”

Charity haircuts can be booked here on Friday, August 5 or Saturday, August 6 and for those who wish to donate straight to the event you can do so here with all proceeds going straight to Allsorts Youth Project.
