Haircuts4Homeless (H4H) has been the focus of Danish company MATE’s 2022 Christmas campaign. Volunteer Barber Tom Forde from Manifesto features in the short, poignant campaign film as one of the H4H team who volunteer their time to commute to areas where the homeless
live, to interact with the community and give a much-needed self-esteem boost of a fresh cut.

MATE. has donated four e-bikes to H4H to empower the good deeds of its barbers to reach further. Simon Jones-Mortenseen, Creative Director of MATE, said: “It takes a lot to go into areas where the homeless live and to approach them. They can be dealing with having a difficult day or having mental health issues, so it is impressive to see how the team at H4H connect and put people at ease. It warms our heart to know that our bikes will be used to bring joy and spread the cheer.”
Founder of H4H, Stewart Roberts MBE, added: “I have been blown away by MATE’s integrity. It has been a pleasure working with them from the very beginning and joyous to help them with their campaign which highlights the work that we do. The donation will be very well received by
our team of volunteers who strive to support the charity's ever-growing needs. Thank you.”
